• Billing operations are securely executed through Stripe, Inc. We do not store credit card details on our servers.

• Plan modifications, subscription management, and cancellations must be performed directly by the user through the Stripe Customer Portal provided within the application.

• All data, aviation news, and AI-generated responses provided by this service are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

• We are not liable for any flight delays, cancellations, regulatory changes, or any financial losses resulting from the use of information provided by this platform. Always verify schedules with official airline primary sources.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• You may not engage in data scraping, bot operations, or any automated data extraction to harvest information from this platform.

• Decompiling, reverse engineering, or placing excessive loads on our core server infrastructure is strictly prohibited.
